It is with a combination of gratitude and enthusiasm that I write a description of Aaron Seawood: an intuitive, smart and extraordinary real estate guide…I use the term “guide” because he is so much more than a broker. Aaron’s holistic approach encompasses a firm, deep knowledge of the market, trends, financial forecasts and its impact on pricing and his the client (both personally and in relation to their goals).

Aaron maintains a wonderful balance of professionalism and while being sincerely and personally invested in his client. In relation to our daughter, he not only listened to her but offered food for thought that would help her to find her “home,” while maintaining a realistic budget and eye towards her future. Aaron Seawood was amazing in our recent sell and purchase in Brooklyn, NY. We met him at an open house that we attended, and though weren't interested in that apartment, liked him and remembered him so significantly that we called him up independently when we found the apartment we DID want to buy a few months later. Aaron negotiated both the sell of our apartment in the Clinton Hill Co-Ops, and the buy of a new condominium on Lafayette Avenue. He negotiated them concurrently, and did an incredible job. It was certainly not easy walking the delicate line between the two transactions, keeping us at ease, and getting both deals done in an extremely timely manner, but he managed to pull it off with ease and grace. We are so happy with our new home, and are so happy to have met Aaron and now to have him in our lives. He's not just an amazing broker, but a great friend as well!

To say Aaron was sensational is the understatement of the century. I honestly don't have words to describe how much he did for us. He saved us from what would have been a really bad deal on a place we were smitten with. He found us a dozen apartments that were spot on what were looking for, and when a dishonest agent reneged on our accepted offer on one place he promised us he would find a better one. Within two weeks he did, he negotiated us a fantastic price and we live in the kind apartment of our dreams we never thought would be within our reach. All the while keeping our spirits high and us all full of laughter. I count Aaron as a good friend at this point. He gets invited to our BBQs and is arguably my favorite person to grab a beer with. Aaron is one in a million. You actually can't do better - it is a hard scientific impossibility.
