A dominant force in the New York real estate market for well over a decade, Aaron formed Team Carte Blanche on the premise that when good people work together, good things happen. With that mindset, he vetted an all-star team that contributes their unique skillsets to each client, so they feel the impact of many with the singular focus of one.

Keenly aware of the nuances that make for a sophisticated real estate experience, he spares no expense to make that a reality for each client. Whether guiding first-time buyers through the complexities of New York City real estate or advising athletes and celebrities on their property plays across the country, Aaron’s level of commitment to his clients can only be described one way: “All-in.”

Prior to real estate, Aaron was an entertainment executive spawning collaborations with a roster of platinum artists and producers with notable stops at Virgin Records and Queen Latifah’s management company, Flavor Unit. Navigating high-stakes situations honed his skills as a negotiator, problem solver, and artist advocate which translated nicely into the rough-and-tumble world of real estate. Aaron has called New York City home for over 25 years and lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, two children, and a rescue puppy, Knox. He loves cycling, photography, and the occasional cigar. Priscilla joined Team Carte Blanche in May of 2021. A native New Yorker coming with a background in compliance for affordable housing in property management, her attention to detail and vision to create streamlined processes has kicked start her career in the real estate industry spearheading operations.

With Team Carte Blanche, Priscilla handles all administrative aspects of the team business to ensure the utmost positive client experience with every transaction. She also overseas business partnerships and branding efforts for ultimate growth and lifestyle endeavors.

Priscilla’s natural entrepreneurial and ambitious characteristics originated from her experience in the entertainment industry as a recording artist and actress landing her on primary roles on Hulu, HBO Max, and ALLBLK Channel and working alongside prominent industry folks such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Neyo, William Harper, and Christopher Jackson.

Priscilla attended Denison University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree. When she’s not spending her time finding the next business opportunity for the team, she’s devoting her time with her 3-year old son and partner in Mott Haven, Bronx.

Andrew’s understanding of supply and demand from his time working with luxury runway fashion transcends into real estate. He has worked with renowned retailers such as The RealReal, NET-A-PORTER, and Saks Fifth Ave.

Additionally, Andrew worked at UBS in the Private Wealth Management sector as a Client Experience Officer for his team’s Ultra High Net Worth clients. He ensures his clients are always prepared, has a backup plan in case the first choice isn’t a fit, and thrives on leaving a positive and memorable impression for all parties involved. Good karma and positive vibes are what he believes in, and how he operates each day. That along with active listening, market knowledge, hard work, and dedication make him the real estate agent any customer or clients put their trust in.

Much like fashion, he believes finding the right home is about the perfect fit for that client, like a great new outfit they’ll never want to take off. The home should reflect the taste and lifestyle of the people who live there, and Andrew has an impeccable eye to harmoniously match a home to their new owners. From spending quality time with his former clients on holidays to being invited to their summer lake homes and children’s bat mitzvahs, Andrew’s rapport with his clients extends past the transaction, and is welcomed with open arms as part of the family.

Born in Queens and raised in South Florida, Andrew has lived in Hell’s Kitchen for the last 5 years and loves the vibrant and dynamic neighborhood. He has lived all over the city, from Queens to Manhattan, providing him the knowledge and intimacy of many different neighborhoods. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. He loves traveling abroad, cooking, fashion, and animals. The apple of his eye, his grandmother, Nan, who lives on the Upper East Side and loves to boast about how he’s the best grandson. Nan always says he has a NY state of mind with the compassionate side of a Floridian. He also has a senior tuxedo cat named Ezra and loves animals.

He volunteers with Muddy Paws Rescue, whose focus is to end the unnecessary euthanasia of companion dogs through fostering and adoption.
