New York’s Richest Small Town

A new GOBankingRates study of America’s wealthiest small towns (defined as 500–1,500 households) delivered a surprise for New Yorkers: the Empire State’s top spot isn’t in Westchester, it’s Muttontown on Long Island.

With a median household income of $247,589 and an average home value of $2.21M, the North Shore enclave claimed No. 1 in New York.

Earlier this year, GOBankingRates also named Scarsdale the nation’s wealthiest suburb, but its larger size excluded it from this small-town ranking.

Neighboring states had their own standouts: Glen Ridge, NJ, topped the list with a $248,000 median income and $1.1M average home value, while Newtown, CT, ranked highest in Connecticut, with homes averaging $661,000 and household income at $161,000.

A reminder that sometimes the quietest towns carry the biggest numbers. Now, the million dollar question: could you live in a town that small?

Weekly Gem 💎

Turn Your Magic On

There comes a moment on every spiritual journey when hiding becomes impossible.

You’ve outgrown the shadows.

You’ve outgrown the small talk.

You’ve outgrown the version of you who needed permission to shine.

You’ve been integrating, healing, awakening, and now the assignment shifts:

Turn. your. magic. on.

Not halfway.

Not quietly.

Not in “polite” doses that keep everyone comfortable.

Full power.

Full color.

Full frequency.

The world doesn’t need another dimmed-down soul trying to blend in.

It needs the bold ones. The brave ones. The ones who walk into a room already plugged into Source.

This week, stop managing your light.

Stop shrinking to match environments you’ve spiritually surpassed.

Stand tall.

Speak with certainty.

Move like the universe is backing your every step, because it is.

It’s time to turn your magic on.

All the way.

Family: If my weekly gem isn’t enough, I’m Broadcasting from the Bright Side every day. If you need encouragement, a place to be heard, or someone to remind you of your greatness, please call me at 646.699.3969. You’re not alone. I got you.
