Wishing all of you a very happy holiday! I hope everyone reading this is able to take some time off to enjoy with their friends and family.

What’s the housing market looking like in 2025? Business Insider has some predictions:
- Mortgage rates are expected to ease, but as always, with that decrease will come increased demand.
- This demand will keep home prices high and likely push them up further in 2025.
- Even as home prices rise however, your buying power will be stronger with lower rates. As mortgage rates decrease, sellers will be incentivized to list their homes, thus increasing available inventory.
If you want to buy in 2025 start by getting your finances in order and looking for affordable mortgages. Then talk to me about timing your purchase and building your savings.

When it comes to goal setting, it’s not that we set our goals too high and don’t make them, it’s that we set them way too low, and do. Think about that.
Shooting for the stars is what gets you to realize your potential! You should have three goals: a goal you feel confident you can achieve, a goal that will stretch you, and your “what the hell are you thinking?!” goal. If we put ourselves out there and support our goals with action, we can achieve things we never believed were possible. It’s not just the goal itself, it’s getting your mind to be limitless.
