A Manhattan duplex penthouse house furnished with items once owned by Gianni Versace—and offered as part of the sale—has hit the market for $9.995 million.

Located on Madison Avenue in the borough’s NoMad neighborhood, the residence has an ornate couch, chairs and tufted ottomans that were owned by the late Italian fashion designer, according to Aaron Seawood and Andrew Pritchard of The Agency, who listed the property last week.
