Today, I’m excited to share a more personal update…

If you follow me on IG or LI, you’ve likely already heard the exciting news that Danielle Watson has joined Team Carte Blanche. Over the past decade, I’ve built a brand based on gratitude, integrity, fearlessness, and being all-in. NYC Insider: What’s Happening This Week 🌹

This week brings us both Valentine’s Day and President’s Day, so it feels like a good excuse to take advantage of our dope city and do something fun and memorable. On Friday, one of my favorite jazz and soul artists, Gregory Porter, is coming to Carnegie Hall for his annual Valentine’s Show. You might recognize his music from soulful classics like Hey Laura and Liquid Spirit. Tickets are still available, and starting at $37.50, they’re a steal. (They’d also make for a great last-minute V-Day present if you’re scrambling). Grab more info here

Weekly Gem 💎

YOU are your Superpower.

How many times do we give our power to other people? How many times have you thought, “When this happens, then I can do X.” Many of us put ourselves, our livelihood, and our spirituality in the hands of others and then wonder why we’re stuck in a loop. The gem for today is to remember that YOU are your superpower. And it starts with our mindset. If we believe it, imagine it, and think it, we can achieve it. Have a blessed day, fam!

The Best Homes on the Market This Week

Here are three of my favorite fly listings in NYC across all price points. Because Team Carte Blanche is all about the people, not the price.

83 Jane St, TH1

$16,250,000   5 Bed / 4 Bath / 2 1/2 Bath  West Village

For the first time in 25 years, 83 Jane St is on the market. This heritage townhome stands 23’ wide and sits among downtown Manhattan’s most significant properties. Features include an elevator, roof deck, library, and over 6,000 SF of interior living space.

Listed by Stephen Ferrara

111 Noble St, 1

$4,500,000    3 Bed / 3.5 Bath    Greenpoint

This one-of-a-kind triplex offers the perfect blend of old-world charm with new-world luxury. 111 Noble stands 25 feet wide (wow!) and encompasses nearly 3,500 interior SF plus a 700 SF backyard. My favorite elements include the white marble Calcutta Borghini kitchen countertops, freestanding bathtub, massive rec room, and smart home system.

Listed by James Finelli

439 East 51 St, 6C

$999,000   2 Bed / 1 Bath    Midtown East

A true 2-bed for under $1M?! This 1000 SF pre-war home has been renovated and comes with a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of natural sunlight, high ceilings, and a proper foyer. Plus, pied a terre purchases are allowed!

Special Find 👀

I never do this, but I’m giving a second shout-out to an insanely fly listing I featured earlier this month

I toured 234 Clinton St in person yesterday, and WOWW. It’s one of those incredibly rare 25’ wide Brooklyn homes, and the design alone is remarkable. (I mean, just look at that parsley green kitchen, checkered bathrooms, vintage lighting, restored stained glass windows, and spread over five levels, too much to list!) I’m including a couple of photos here, but make sure to check out the listing and our IG stories, where we captured the home in all its glory.

Who wants a tour?

Before you go…

🍝: According to Eater, these are the 38 best restaurants in NYC. Did your favorite spot make this list??

🇬🇧: This house in London, England, is close to 300 years old! You can tell it’s been taken care of; it’s in great shape. I dig the pastel colors and historic details. Would you live here?

🌴: The Kardashian house (a 6-bed mansion where KUWTK was filmed for more than a decade) is now on the market for $13.5M. Take a look at it here

🤎: I’ve already started to see these 9 kitchen trends in listings across the city. Number 5 is my personal favorite.
