Just digital wallets funding luxury properties like it’s nothing. Over $1B in listings are already in play, and the pace is wild with anonymous LLCs, blockchain-backed, buyers moving like ghosts. Case in point: a $65M Beverly Hills estate sold entirely in Bitcoin. This isn’t some fringe flex. It’s a definitive shift. Christie’s is betting that one in three U.S. luxury deals will be crypto-backed in the next five years. Right now, the storm is swirling out West. But make no mistake, NYC’s next buyer might not be bringing a checkbook. They’ll be bringing a ledger.
