🌉 Brooklyn Just Stole the Show, and Manhattan Felt It

The battle of the boroughs isn’t even close this quarter. NYC’s median home price just hit a record $800K, up 4% year-over-year,  and it’s Brooklyn leading the charge.

While Manhattan held steady at $1.15M (with a healthy 15% bump in sales activity), Brooklyn’s median soared 11% to $916K, snatching more luxury spots than any other borough.  26 of the city’s 50 priciest neighborhoods now call BK home!

Cobble Hill led the pack at $2.28M (+24%), with Dumbo, Fort Greene, and Boerum Hill all shining bright, including a 304% jump in sales in Boerum Hill thanks to a fresh Bergen Street development.

Hudson Yards and Tribeca are still rockin’ as expected at $4.99M and $3.77, respectively, but let’s keep it real, the crown’s already crossed the bridge.

NYC Insider: What’s Happening This Week

🎤 The New York Comedy Festival Turns 21

The city’s funniest week just hit legal age, and it’s coming in hot. Over 200 comedians, 100+ shows, and five boroughs are ready to remind the world that New York is home to the best comedians in the world. This year’s lineup is wild: legends like Margaret Cho and Louis C.K. trading punchlines with the new-school wave: The Basement Yard, Hannah Berner, and the podcast-era crowd packing out rooms from Brooklyn to Broadway. And if you know, you know: the long-awaited Strangers with Candy reunion brings Amy Sedaris, Stephen Colbert, and Paul Dinello back together 25 years after the cult classic got sacked, and somehow became even funnier since. Only in New York could a 21-year-old festival still feel brand new.

Weekly Gem 💎

Your Breakthrough Already Happened

For those who’ve been walking the path, doing the inner work, facing the shadows, releasing what no longer fits, this is your confirmation: the shift is done. The breakthrough isn’t coming; it’s here.

Right now, your outer world is just catching up to the vibration you’ve already stepped into. The abundance, the peace, the opportunities, they’re not future tense anymore. They’re en route.

So don’t panic if things still look familiar. You’re not stuck, you’re integrating and syncing with the new you. Like sound catching up to light.

This week, move as your future self would. Speak with confidence. Give with trust. Walk with gratitude.

The frequency has changed. The gates are now open. The level-up isn’t waiting on you; it’s welcoming you.

Oh glory!
