Aaron Seawood

A dominant force in the New York real estate market for well over a decade, Aaron formed Team Carte Blanche on the premise that when good people work together, good things happen. With that mindset, he vetted an all-star team that contributes their unique skillsets to each client, so they feel the impact of many with the singular focus of one.

Keenly aware of the nuances that make for a sophisticated real estate experience, he spares no expense to make that a reality for each client. Whether guiding first-time buyers through the complexities of New York City real estate or advising athletes and celebrities on their property plays across the country, Aaron’s level of commitment to his clients can only be described one way: “All-in.”

Prior to real estate, Aaron was an entertainment executive spawning collaborations with a roster of platinum artists and producers with notable stops at Virgin Records and Queen Latifah’s management company, Flavor Unit. Navigating high-stakes situations honed his skills as a negotiator, problem solver, and artist advocate which translated nicely into the rough-and-tumble world of real estate. Aaron has called New York City home for over 25 years and lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, two children, and a rescue puppy, Knox. He loves cycling, photography, and the occasional cigar. Priscilla Star Diaz

Director of Operations | Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Priscilla joined Team Carte Blanche in May of 2021. A native New Yorker coming with a background in compliance for affordable housing in property management, her attention to detail and vision to create streamlined processes has kicked start her career in the real estate industry spearheading operations.

With Team Carte Blanche, Priscilla handles all administrative aspects of the team business to ensure the utmost positive client experience with every transaction. She also overseas business partnerships and branding efforts for ultimate growth and lifestyle endeavors.

Priscilla’s natural entrepreneurial and ambitious characteristics originated from her experience in the entertainment industry as a recording artist and actress landing her on primary roles on Hulu, HBO Max, and ALLBLK Channel and working alongside prominent industry folks such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Neyo, William Harper, and Christopher Jackson.

Priscilla attended Denison University where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree. When she’s not spending her time finding the next business opportunity for the team, she’s devoting her time with her 2-year old son and partner in Mott Haven, Bronx. 

Noel Borbon

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Noel Borbon is an agent that personifies full service. Noel joined Team Carte Blanche from a boutique firm where he led the New Development team and, in a few short years, became a force within Brooklyn’s sales market and trusted advisor to many of New York City’s top developers.

Noel is a one-stop shop for clients having built meaningful relationships with other agents, brokerages, service providers, banks, and the like. “Clients can be one hundred percent certain that I’m going to get the job done by providing them with all of the resources they’ll need for a seamless transaction.”

Known for his avid research and keen eye for detail, Noel is a go-to for developers who depend on his insights on current trends, future projections, and shifts in the market when sourcing and developing their projects. As such, he has been trusted to complete, launch, and sell countless condo projects and townhouses throughout Brooklyn, breaking records along the way. Given Noel’s insider status, he’s been a godsend for first time buyers and sellers providing them much-needed guidance and invaluable real time information.

Born and raised in New York, Noel lives in Bed-Stuy. Noel recently completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He plans to obtain his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development within the next few years.

Shane Boyle

Shane Boyle was born and raised in Killybegs, County Donegal, a scenic fishing village on the North West coast of Ireland. After spending time in Chicago in 2008 and 2009, Shane moved to New York City full time in 2012 in pursuit of his American Dream.

Upon arriving in New York, Shane started to pursue his business endeavors and continued to fine-tune his future. While getting his feet wet in business, through necessity he started working on construction sites and formed relationships that he still calls on today for his clients’ apartment renovations. From there, and through working in the service industry, he decided to pursue a career in the real estate industry.

One of Shane’s greatest attributes is his work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to build an instant rapport with people. As a solo agent in his first two years in the real estate business, he closed over 100 residential and commercial transactions. His passion grew stronger in investment sales with a self-professed obsession with multi-family buildings and underwriting.

Since joining Team Carte Blanche and forming his own property management company in 2019, which he named Janireh Inc. after his grandfather’s fishing boat, Shane has grown a portfolio of exclusive rental buildings throughout New York City and Queens that he is responsible for keeping 100% occupied. Shane is also licensed as a broker in the state of Illinois, where he works with his existing client base and network of developers.

In his spare time, he loves to keep active in the Irish community through playing Gaelic Football in Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx, and in 2019 he completed his first Olympic Triathlon in South Beach Miami, Florida.

Theresa Persaud

Theresa Persaud brings her client-first attitude and expert knowledge to ensure that each of her clients finds exactly what they are looking for. Sought after for her conscientious approach, Theresa takes pride in building strong professional relationships with her clients.

Attentive and ambitious, Theresa excelled as an executive assistant in the private sector before joining Triplemint. Working closely with high-level executives, she experienced how initiative and collaboration go hand-in-hand. This perspective makes her an exceptional guide throughout the home buying process.

Raised in Queens, Theresa appreciated the city’s tireless energy from an early age. She studied psychology at Hunter College. She’s an active member of the theater community and is a podcaster. Theresa loves roaming the streets of Manhattan and visiting the city’s many bakeries to find inspiration for her home baking adventures.
